Medication

In order to dispense any medications we need to have your written permission and the medication must be in its ORIGINAL CONTAINER.  Prescription medication must be clearly marked with the doctor's instructions and issued in the child's name.  Non-prescription medication will not be permitted unless accompanied with a note from the doctor. We keep ongoing records of all medications that your child receives. All medications need be turned into a staff member. All medication will be stored in a locked box.

Parents are required to keep their children at home for 24 hours from the first dose of prescribed medication given. If symptoms persist, children need to be kept home until such symptoms have disappeared.
